The Training Roll is great to assist with various range of motions. The high elasticity ensures there is plenty of give to perform movements comfortably with cushioning and stability.
This particularly versatile tool can be used both lengthwise and vertically allowing for several contact and supporting positions as well as many different instability responses. It is excellent for the core strengthening and specific stretching exercises. Also suitable for relaxation and for many Yoga positions. Useful for paired activities or an obstacle roll on or jump over. Enhance gross motor skills, balance and proprioception.
