Shipping

We deliver goods anywhere within New Zealand. Please contact us should you require shipping internationally.

We will courier goods as soon as possible after payment, in full, for those goods has been made. Courier will generally take 2-5 working days depending on what time your order was placed and where it needs to be sent to. The Sensory Corner will not be responsible for any delays in delivery outside of its reasonable control.

Payments

All online credit card transactions are processed by the ANZ payment system. Your transaction is processed directly through Paystation (the payment gateway), and your credit card details are not held or stored by us at all.

Yes. Please contact us with your order and delivery details (physical address), and we will e-mail you an invoice. Once payment is received, we will send you the products.

Yes, you may pick up you order. Please call before you wish to drop by though just to make sure that someone will be here to meet you.

Yes. Payment for these can not be made online, as we do require the physical vouchers. Please contact us with your order details, address details, and method of delivery (pick up or courier). Products will be sent (or ready for pick up) once vouchers are received.

Yes. Sensory Corner is a supplier for WINZ. If you have a Community Services Card and receive a Disability Allowance, you may be eligible to receive your consumable items funded by WINZ. Please contact us and we can prepare a quote for you.
