Use of The Sensory Corner website (this website) constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this website as detailed below. By accessing or using this website you agree to the following terms of use.
Prices
Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. All transactions are processed in New Zealand dollars.
Shipping
We will ship goods as soon as possible after payment, in full, for those goods has been made. Delivery will generally take 2-5 working days depending on what time your order was placed and where it needs to be delivered to. The Sensory Corner will not be responsible for any delays in delivery outside of its reasonable control.
We deliver goods anywhere within New Zealand. Please contact us should you require items to be sent internationally.
Delivery Charges
Nationwide(Excluding Rural Delivery) $10.00
All Rural Deliveries $15.00
Returns Policy
If products are faulty or damaged (other than by damage or faults caused by your use), we will (at our discretion) refund you the purchase price (less delivery costs) or exchange the product provided it is returned within 10 days. Refunds (should they apply) will be issued by either a credit to your credit card or by sending you a cheque. No refund or exchange will be processed before return of the relevant product.
Digital downloads
We do not offer refunds for digital downloads. All sales are final. Should a digital product be included in a returned sensory kit, the retail cost of the associated download/s included in the kit, will be deducted from the refund or exchange.
Reasons for this policy include:
- Immediate Access: Once a digital product is downloaded, the content is immediately accessible and cannot be "returned."
- Intellectual Property Protection: Digital products contain proprietary information, and refunds would compromise the integrity of our content.
- Fraud Prevention: Refunds on digital downloads could be exploited, leading to unfair practices.
Please review all product descriptions and compatibility requirements before purchase. If you encounter any issues with your digital download, we are happy to assist in resolving the problem.
Discount / Promotional Codes
Products / Services may be excluded from receiving discounts when using a code at checkout or automatic discount. This is at the discretion of Sensory Corner.
The Sensory Corner must be advised of any issues with the product/s immediately. Return delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer returning the product.
