If your item arrives faulty or damaged (not including damage caused through use), you’re welcome to apply for a refund or exchange within 14 days. Once we’ve received and assessed the returned product, we’ll let you know if your refund or exchange has been approved. Refunds are for the purchase price only and exclude delivery. These awesome Tactile Stings are super stretchy, squishy and loads of fun. Can be used to help individuals to remain calm and focused through the release of stress and excess energy. Made out of soft Silicone, the feel is soothing and calming. They come smooth and textured.
