How to Use the Snuggle Pod

The Snuggle Pod has a large opening at the top and a tapered enclosed bottom.

1. Hold the open end and slip your feet down to the enclosed end.

2. Pull the Snuggle Pod up your body until the top opening sits around your shoulders — or wherever feels comfortable.

3. Sit or lie down and enjoy the calming pressure.

4. The tapered end includes an opening so you can expose your feet or walk briefly if needed.
