If your item arrives faulty or damaged (not including damage caused through use), you’re welcome to apply for a refund or exchange within 14 days. Once we’ve received and assessed the returned product, we’ll let you know if your refund or exchange has been approved. Refunds are for the purchase price only and exclude delivery. Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it.

Made in the USA, medical grade, FDA compliant - NO lead, phthalates, PVC, BPA, or latex
- The Z-Vibe Measures approximately 16cm in length and about 1.5cm in diameter
- Recommended for individuals of all ages and abilities under the guidance of a therapist or a trained caregiver
