The Disc 'O' Sit is an inflatable dynamic cushion which, when placed on a seat, mimics both the movement and shape of a ball, encouraging good posture. It can also be used on the floor for balance and core training, proprioception and strengthening of the lower extremities. The surface is textured with small bumps on one side and is smooth on the other. The Disc 'O' Sit Senior measures 39cm in diameter. Sold individually. Weight Capacity 120kg.
