退款政策

Refund & Returns Policy
If products are faulty or damaged (other than by damage or faults caused by your use), we will (at our discretion) refund you the purchase price (less delivery costs) or exchange the product provided it is returned within 14 days. Refunds (should they apply) will be issued by either a credit to your credit card or by sending you a cheque. No refund or exchange will be processed before return of the relevant product. Product(s) must be returned in the original packaging in the same condition you received it.  

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

All clearance items are final sales and are ineligible for refund or return.

The Sensory Corner must be advised of any issues with the product/s immediately. Return delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer returning the product. Questions about the Terms of Service should be sent to us at sales@sensorycorner.co.nz.
