If your item arrives faulty or damaged (not including damage caused through use), you’re welcome to apply for a refund or exchange within 14 days. Once we’ve received and assessed the returned product, we’ll let you know if your refund or exchange has been approved. Refunds are for the purchase price only and exclude delivery. Z-Vibe® 旨在用作言语/喂养治疗工具，以帮助教授咬/咀嚼技能的概念、提高口腔意识、练习口腔运动练习等。为此，大多数尖端附件都适用于Z-Vibe® 设计得相当小，以便治疗师可以轻松放入口中。咀嚼头附件的设计对于下巴力量或口腔运动技能有限的人来说具有相当的耐嚼性。
- 标准（红色）-这是最软/最耐嚼的级别，建议轻度咀嚼
- XT（青色）- 更坚硬，但仍然有一定的嚼劲，建议适度咀嚼
- XXT（皇家蓝）- 此级别是该系列中最坚硬的级别，推荐给喜欢咀嚼相当坚硬物品的个人
请注意：Z-Vibe® 和所有 Z-Vibe® 配件（包括 Brick Tip）都是治疗工具，而不是玩具。任何时候都需要直接监督。
