We purchased the Z vibe as recommended by our occupational therapist. We are so happy! We use this as a replacement therapy to non safe items my son likes to eat. It's great for oral sensory seeking. We got the brush - which I use with tooth paste as a no tears teeth brushing. The bite & chew tip is great for distracting from biting his t shirt.
