Place the wristband (largest loop) around the wrist. Hold the plastic piece (on the end of the cord) in the palm of the hand, using the ring and little finger. Place a pencil through the smaller loop, and place pencil between the thumb, index, and middle finger. The handwriting wristband encourages tripod pencil grip. Great for young children learning to hold a pencil.
