Disc O Sit (Senior)

The Disc 'O' Sit is an inflatable dynamic cushion which, when placed on a seat, mimics both the movement and shape of a ball, encouraging good posture. It can also be used on the floor for balance training, proprioception and strengthening of the lower extremities. The surface is textured with small bumps.
